Promoting clean energy heating in winter in northern China is an important strategic deployment of the CPC Central Committee, which is of great practical significance to ensure people's warm winter and improve the atmospheric environment. In order to implement the spirit of the 13th Five-Year Plan document for national energy development, guided by a series of supporting policies on "clean energy heating" issued by the national and local governments, Guazhou County, Jiuquan City, Gansu Province actively responded to the national call to "protect the blue sky". As a demonstration project for the construction of the first batch of pilot projects, suoyang urban coal-fired boiler clean energy renovation project is supported by the overall planning and integration of financial funds related to agriculture.

Project overview

SuoYangCheng town of coal-fired boiler clean energy renovation project USES the Oriental RCL new energy technology development co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "the Oriental RCL) advanced disc type solar energy collection hot concentrated track, efficient, concentrate the sun's energy through solar antifreeze medium high temperature heat exchange into more than 60 ℃ hot water for heating. Construction of the project began in November 2018, and the heat was collected into the pipe network for heating at the end of December. The project designs and installs 12 sets of disc solar concentrator tracking heat collection system equipment, and installs a total of 6 sets of disc solar concentrator tracking heat collection system equipment and 1 set of 600kW electric boiler equipment in the first phase, which can meet the heating area of the whole town (office and public facility buildings) of about 7000 square meters.

項目工藝及總控流程

該碟式太陽能+電鍋爐清潔能源供熱系統(tǒng)分為三個子系統(tǒng)，①碟式太陽能集熱系統(tǒng)；②防凍液傳熱系統(tǒng)；③換熱及供熱系統(tǒng)。

以上三個子系統(tǒng)的信號、執(zhí)行及控制要求全部由PLC上位機(jī)總控制器完成；系統(tǒng)設(shè)置了2*100m3儲水罐，當(dāng)太陽能光照強(qiáng)度DNI指標(biāo)平均在800 W/㎡時，全年集熱量＞3000GJ，經(jīng)測試碟式太陽能集熱設(shè)備的光熱轉(zhuǎn)化效率達(dá)到86%。

據(jù)介紹：一期6臺碟式太陽能集熱設(shè)備能夠滿足全鎮(zhèn)白天時段供暖，夜間使用電鍋爐低谷電加熱進(jìn)行供暖；二期再增加6臺碟式太陽能集熱設(shè)備共計12臺碟式太陽能集熱設(shè)備，能夠滿足全鎮(zhèn)全天24小時供暖，當(dāng)遇到連續(xù)2天以上陰雨無太陽天氣，則系統(tǒng)自動啟動電鍋爐進(jìn)行補(bǔ)充供暖。

實施效果

截止至目前，該項目實際運行達(dá)到了：

采暖部分的節(jié)能減排指標(biāo)

一期（6臺）供暖季節(jié)約用電約86萬度電，節(jié)約電費約45-50萬元/采暖季，每個采暖季節(jié)約標(biāo)準(zhǔn)煤約120噸，減少CO2排放319噸，減少S O2排放21噸，減少氮氧化物排放10噸。

此外，除采暖季供暖以外，其熱的綜合利用方案有：

1、可以產(chǎn)生2.5萬噸熱水，可以有償或免費供應(yīng)居民和生活福利設(shè)施、旅游服務(wù)設(shè)施的生活用熱水供應(yīng)；

2、可以部分的采用地下的“跨季儲熱方式”，合理的、科學(xué)的予以利用。

綜上所述，附加項目開發(fā)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、社會效益明顯，開發(fā)前景廣泛。
